  3.     White House chief of staff John Sununu complained that the
  4. media ignored the news that three-fourths of the oil in the
  5. Exxon Valdez was not spilled (NATION, May 1). He should have
  6. added that the press also regularly fails to report the number
  7. of people who are not murdered. He thinks positively in a
  8. negative fashion.
